Only what you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone if you give it, and a note about your property. Calls, texts, and emails contain whatever you put in them.

To reply and to scope the work you asked about. Messages land in our inbox and our customer relationship system so nothing is dropped. We do not use them for anything else.

Our team and the providers that run the site and inbox: Vercel (hosting), Lofty (CRM), and our email provider. If an engagement needs a surveyor, engineer, or attorney, we share only what that work requires, and only with your go-ahead.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. It tells us which pages people read, the country they read from, and the kind of device they used. Nothing more.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
