The DJS Group is a development, management, and consulting company, not a real estate brokerage. Brokerage services are provided by Dylan Shropshire R(S), RS-74766, through eXp Realty. Vacation rental management is provided by DJS Real Estate Management LLC under the NOHO trade name.

Project descriptions, timelines, and figures describe our own work and are accurate to the best of our knowledge when published. Approvals, costs, and schedules on any new property depend on the county, the state, and the land itself. Nothing here is a quote or a promise of a result.

We coordinate surveyors, engineers, attorneys, and contractors. We are not any of those, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, engineering, or financial advice. An engagement starts only with a signed scope of work.

Photographs and writing belong to The DJS Group or are used with permission. Links to Dylan Shropshire and NOHO are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
